Weeding Guidelines
MVM Weeding Policy
The librarian will systematically and regularly evaluate library materials to determine usefulness, relevance, appearance, and appropriateness. A full-scale weeding of the library collection should begin in February and be completed by June. All books weeded from the collection will be sent to the FCPS warehouse for disposal as per regulation 400-3.
